We have our own R&D team, we can hep you make preview first.
5. Do you provide free samples?
We can apply for free stock sample as free sample for you and you just need to pay the shipping cost.
6. Will the sample fee be refunded after placing an order?
Our sample fee will be refunded after you place an order (qty meet our MOQ: 200pcs per style per color)
7. What is the minimum order quantity for the customized order?
200 pcs, 1 style 1 color 4 sizes mixed
8. How long is the delivery time?
-Sample time:
Needs about 8-15 days after confirming samples details.
-Bulk order time:
Needs about 35-55 days after confirming pre-production samples.
-RTS styles: 7-12days

11. What kinds of package do you have? And do you do custom package?
OPP bag, color box, etc. Can also do custom package by customers’ cost.
12. Who will bear the handling fee for return and replacement?
